Looks like the previous creator of an undub on wololo http://wololo.net/talk/viewtopic.php?f=116&t=46392 decided to quit so let's try to do it because this game was made to be played with Japanese voices.
There was a fan translation for God Eater 2 on the PSP, I couldn't find the tools but we might be able to use the tools to undub Rage Burst.
