Homebrew Games missing after upgrading 32gb to 64gb

So i had cfw and everything working and I had games installed, then i got a new sd card. I formatted the sd card to fat 32 then i moved all the files from my original sd card to my new sd card but after inserting it nothing appeared on my home menu where I had all my games. What happened? I also tried moving all the files back to my original sd card and still nothing shows up and it says I have nothing installed

Just making sure, but you did select 32KB cluster size when formatting the card to Fat32, right?
