I currently use USB Loader GX for my Wii backups and want to know the best loader for gamecube games

USB Loader GX can load gamecube games as well, if you install nintendont. It's the only gamecube backup loader still in development.

can i have GC and Wii games on the same HDD?

Yes, you need to put them in a different directory and maybe name them in a certain way but as they are smaller than 4gb you just use .iso files.

I started with dios mios lite when it first came out using gamecube controllers and real memory cards & have continued when switching to nintendont. You can store your saves on the hard disk and use Bluetooth controllers, but for the amount I use it then I haven't been bothered to learn how (I only have a few games on the HD that I own and I only played them recently because I thought installing nintendont would be fun)

USB Loader GX can run gamecube games through neogramma best than nintendont. nintendont is better for wii u because wii u don't run gamecube and its helpful for that.

I don't see why neogamma would be any better, especially considering that last I checked you can beat eternal darkness on a real wii using nintendont but you can't with neogamma.

The game would usually freeze near the end of the monastery level because of audio streaming.

Really ? I didn't know that since I don't played this game. I played other games that ran fine with neogamma previously on my wii.

Try loading Nintendon't and selecting USB. If that don't work try USB Loader GX. Make sure your GC games are placed in the games folder.
