Hacking game freazing when trying to use codes

Whenever i want to use some codes/hacks for Modern Warfare 3 (its infected for private match,with my friends)
I am using CFG usb loader. I set up Codes: ON,Hook type: OSSleepThread and it says codes found.
It loades and after the loading part its just MW3 logo and it freezes..

What to do?

Some codes can cause freezing when used together, try enabling cheats one by one and see if any of them cause a freeze.
