Game carts not being read after cfw and region swap

Hi everyone.
I’m having issues with my region swapped LL (with us eshop access) reading physical games.

I can install and play cia’s made from the same carts.

Inserted carts do not give any messages or errors and does not show up on the menu.

I re downloaded the US 11.5 ctr and installed it again and still have the same issue.

I have swapped the cart reader twice.

The system can see that a cart is inserted using 3dist and shows ctr for 3ds carts and twl for ds carts.
Rosalina menu shows enabled when inserted and disabled when out.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try installing the previous version version of Luna that should fix it
