Hi guys!..

There's a Fuze4 Player app for the Switch: https://www.nintendo.com/store/products/fuze-player-switch/

fuze4.jpg fuze4_games.jpg

With already included (bundled) games, like these:
● Super Mega Arena Blaster ● Fast Food Dizzy for FUZE ● Crazy 3D Shooter ● Vecroids ● Ninja Scroll ● Know Your Plaice! ● FUZE Bounce ● Asteroid Navigator ● Genial Chess ● Patience Solitaire ● Super Laser Blast ● Motorway Memory ● Missiles ● No Escape from Red Hell ● Vi-Race ● AnimeUltraHyperJump ● Da Bean ● Shapes Mini Game ● Cube Puzzle Toy ● Skatey Cat ● Parasail Pat ● FUZE Fit Adventure 2
I can clearly see them ingame menu, and even edit its code (they're opensource).

Unfortunately, one cannot play them (at all), 'cause it's required internet connection to launch.

Maybe there's a workaround, like an SD Cache savefile / something?
Or maybe there's a way to IPS patch the game to allow us to start games without WiFi?..
Please, any advice?

I’m able to play them…no issues.

e: I think I know what it is…one sec.

e2: I’m using @hippy dave and @bestpig network patches from this thread (with help from @masagrator who wrote SaltyNX):

https://gbatemp.net/threads/is-it-feasible-to-mitm-the-internet-connection-module.609819/

They work as SaltyNX patches…let me get you direct links and put together some quick install instructions…

e3:

1) You need SaltyNX already installed and working,

2) Use the two patch sets attached to the following posts:

https://gbatemp.net/threads/is-it-f...nternet-connection-module.609819/post-9792052
https://gbatemp.net/threads/is-it-f...nternet-connection-module.609819/post-9841382

3) Unzip the .asm64 files and put them in sd:/SaltySD/patches/

Let me know if that doesn’t work…

Does your sigpatches have ctest folder in them? If there's none them maybe add them. If it still doesn't work with ctest then there's no way you can workaround that since it needs to connect with Nintendo servers first and as far as I know it is not possible to patch it yet.

Edit:
Well @binkinator was able to open them so it must indeed be ctest patches that you need. Or you just have to connect to the internet and block nintendo servers.

I use the Sigpatches from here:

https://gbatemp.net/threads/sigpatches-for-atmosphere-hekate-fss0-fusee-package3.571543/

Do they have ctest?
(sorry…I don’t know what those are.)

and yes, I’m connected to the Internet with exosphere.ini and dns:mitm configured.

Yes it does... It's inside your sdcard:/atmosphere/exefs_patches/

The folder is called "nfim_ctest"
What it does is basically patches the "connection test" of Nintendo switch so games could still connect to the internet even if there's actually no internet connection.(limited mode connection)

Common use for the patches are so people can do lan play while on atmosphere because it bypasses the checks.

@binkinator @xldon2lx
Thanks guys, unfortunately, cannot start any of these...

nfim_ctest patches and SaltyNoNet are installed, also BIS blanked with 000-es, dns:mitm is active, SN wiped with Incognito ~2 year ago, and when I trying to start, for example, 'Fast Food Dizzy', nothing happens.
With another one game, 'Super Mega Arena Blaster', the loading screen shows for 1 sec, then disappears...

Hmm....

In your atmosphere folder are there any error logs? Check in any folder there with "error" or "crash" in name.

Kinda crazy. You have Wifi on, correct? Just blocked Ninty servers?

@binkinator
Yep, WiFi is on all the time, with an active Internet connection, too.

@xldon2lx
Nope, no errors in logs. The Fuze4 Player itself doesn't crashed, just any games inside of it closes instantly...
These are my last options then...

1. Is this a legit backup or not? If not can you try looking for another copy on a different source?
2. Try to uninstall or update any game updates. Maybe the most recent update fixed it or screwed it?

@xldon2lx
1) it is not of course hehe, but the dump is verified with nscb/dbi/etc. It's OK.
2) Same shit with the latest game update v65536 and only with the base v0 game, unfortunately, ehh.

Oh, well, I realized that Fuze Player is useless app with CFW, so one need to launch the full FUZE4 app (it's TID: 0100EAD007E98000), with this any (bundled in it) game runs perfectly well even in Airplane Mode On. :wub:

Thank you guys @xldon2lx, @binkinator again, you rock. :)
