I know there is CycloDS iEvolution, and SuperCard DSTWO. What other Flashcards are capable of playing DSi ROMs?

The DSTWO can't play DSi ROMs. The Cyclo iEvolution is the only card period. And it doesn't even work on the latest firmware.

No, it can run DSi enhanced games. Not DSi exclusive. Without patching the ROM or forcing TWL mode, it's still DS mode.
