the official firmware seems to be out..theyve added the link to the page..doesnt work for me yet though..but atleast this seems to be it..guess the config disc will be out next then
there ya go..all those who doubted the leaked version should be used :

The previously leaked version has been found stable, so it is now available from wiikey.cn! This upgrade includes many new features and bug fixes, including a workaround for firmware 3.0 issues, improved media compability, full gc region free, and a working audiofix. Enjoy!

Yeah, I agree. I haven't put in a game yet that the WiiKey doesn't play so I'm in no hurry to install this.

The only game that i couldn't play was Rival Swords, but i think that something went wrong with burning...
I'm not going to update is also, only if i can't play any games, the GC games don't bother me, i don't play them

When i burn and run the update, it says cannot read disk or something "please remove" w/e

Is there anything "special" i must do in order to update the wii with the CD?

Wii can't read CDs, you need a it burned onto a DVD.

You could use a RW for the update and after you finished the update use the same dsc for the config 1.3?

Crap, the update went well, but I burned the config 1.3 on the same dvd-rw
and the Wii says it can't read it etc.
