Homebrew FBI won't open (screenshot attached)

Hi Guys,
Every time I open FBI from HBL I get the following message. Any advice?

Thanks for the reply. This is through Pasta.

Currently:
HBL -> Pasta -> HBL -> FBI

My goal here is to install FBI to my sysnand.
Ok so for some reason the Fbi homebrew app won't install the Fbi.cia this is well know what you need to use is nasa on the homebrew channel then install the Fbi cia. So first boot homebrew then load minipasta then boot back into homebrew load Nasa then pick the Fbi.cia and install it.
