yes it worked i got the game from usb helper there patched for firmware ill just stick to what i was doing before decrypting them first from 3ds to cia thanks everyone!!!!!!!!
The best way to install any .3ds game backup (from the game you own and bought) place on sd card folder cias
convert to .cia with godmode puts cia in out folder now its decrypted
needs to be decrypted with the same system to install on that system
find out folder for cias then install with fbi bam!
