IMO the list should be split into three parts, emulators, hb games and hb apps. As it stands now the whole top list is just emulators (except the last one), which brings you no where unless you have roms, and depending on the game those can either rock or suck (don't get me wrong, I love reliving my youth through Megaman).

I clicked this thread to see if there was some cool hb games or apps I didnt know about, and found a list of emulators. Only thing I didn't know about was rRootage (downloading now).

No flaming please. I know this list wasn't made just for my enjoyment, but I think it would have higher value if it was split into sections. Maybe something like this:

Emulators:
[6]gpSP - GBA emulator Compability/Speed: Awesome [Essentials] GBA
...
...

HB Apps
Bookr - e-Book reader
mapThis! - GPS/Map viewer
...
...
...

HB Games
Tyrian - SHMUP
Cave Story

Thats my opinion atleast.
As for votes, mine goes to Tyrian (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=551715&postcount=1) and CaveStory (see previous poster for link)

Great homebrew that lets you dump UMDs flash0/1/2....... and Memory Stick. Let's you create Magic Memory Stick and Pandora Batteries and other useful stuff.

bookr, PSPComic and RemoteJoyLite are the homebrew apps I could not do without.

I'm also enjoying using PimpStreamer, but just wish it was updated as it is still very limited, and buggy IMO.

I also use the hold.prx plugin a lot when listening to music via PSP, extends battery life a LOT.
