It seems 11.0 NATIVE_FIRM can be switched with 10.4 NATIVE_FIRM, making it possible to downgrade using svchax. Tutorial and more information here.
Why is this needed? It was literally released not long ago. No new units on it, no time for someone to update and want to DG, nothing.

Umm..a few days? There are checks to prevent ARM11 DGs now. Even with a kexploit.

I'd agree with you if this was anything new. This is just the same hardware downgrade we used on 10.4 to downgrade to 10.2 NFIRM before memchunkhax2.1 with knuckles became a thing.

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -
