Hardware Downgrade europe 2DS from 9.9 to 9.2?

Hello, I wanted to downgrade my 2DS from 9.9 to 9.2 in order to install CFW, but I don't know how. Can somebody tell me the best way(preferbably without hardmod) and the best CFW to install(if possible). Also because I fixed my console's broken sleep switch with a cable shorting the two terminals and can fall to sleep mode easily, consider something that can not be affected by this problem. Sorry, i dont know much about downgradind but i reccommend luma or ntr.

I second using this guide. I successfully downgraded and installed Luma CFW on both my crystal blue 2DS (9.8) and my fiance's seafoam green 2DS (9.8). I recommend installing a 32GB SD card before starting. Yes, you can use 64GB SD cards, but you have to format them into FAT 32 in order for it to work.
