Gaming Doom Eternal: "You don't have permission to access this content"

I'm using HEN on a PS4 Pro, firmware 7.00. Whenever I try to start the Doom Eternal campaign I get the error in the title.

Apparently a solution for some people is to use the "restore licenses" option in the PS4 settings, but since I'm blocking Sony's servers at a DNS level that won't work for me.

Has anyone else stumbled upon this, or know of any fix?

You have to install a dlc campaign unlocker.

Are you sure that's the case for the PS4 version? I can't find any such DLC anywhere.

Hmm, do you have the 1.02 update installed too?

Should work fine on 7.02, no need for “licences”, most people play this entirely offline with HEN.

Hmm, do you have the 1.02 update installed too?

I do. My setup is the one you describe, so I don't know what might have gone wrong. I'll try removing it and reinstalling everything from scratch.

The solo campaign DLC that KiiWii mentioned is the same one I'm referring to. Did you install it?

Both sites I use for PS4 has it. Just install all DLC and it should work.
