Nope. You cannot get CFW on 11.4. Only 11.3 and below. People on 11.4 are SOL for the time being.

That is entirely different matter. We don't know what's going on with the servers that's preventing people from not getting notes or getting them after a long delay.

Sent. Bomb should take 15-120 minutes to send, and make sure you are on sleep mode/playing a game. Also make sure special notes is enabled.
