Homebrew DNS Servers are not blocking firmware updates

Hi everyone,
This morning I started my Wii U as usual and I suddenly saw the downloads thumbnail glowing, it was downloading the firmware update as my Wii U is on 5.5.1, so I immediately powered off the console then turned off the router removed the incomplete update and checked the DNS, deleted and entered the IP again , but I still get the update downloaded when I check for system updates.
I can't get any information about this issue, is anyone having the same problem or is there new DNS that we should use?

I know this doesn't directly answer your question, but you do know that Homebrew works on the latest FW right? You can update (as of now) and be fine.
