And I still wonder to myself, is it that hard to read the first post and try to draw conclusions from it..? If it is then, why not read the last 2 or 3 pages to get a grasp on the situation..? Is it that hard, or are people nowadays hardcore procrastinators and lazy-asses..? o.o

so i last posted on here in july.......3 months ago and its been at 60% since long before my last its still at 60% i am taking a course in software and games dev and i have tried translating for a psp game before (before i dropped it cause someone else had done it) so i know how long these things take but it should be at least 65-70% by now. did you run into another problem guys? if so i can try to help :/
also i know i am going to get massively flamed here so before anyone says anything i can wait for the game i have been waiting for over a year now BUT there seems to be a massive problem with the progress here and im just wondering if they need help

Also don't be afraid to post. There are a couple of people that are flame happy everytime some one posts something that they think romsstar might find annoying. I would ignore them completely. They don't realize that their post only deter active board members from posting rather than scaring off the trolls/newbs that don't bother reading through the thread anyways.

oh cool, was worried there i mean staying at 60% translated (not counting insertion and other things) for about half a year usually means either massive problem or abandoned project thanks i will bookmark the blog now

Since Costello was friendly enough to give me rights to edit this thread I have now the opportunity to make some updates here (which are LONG overdue.
Feel free to check out the first page. I just started to add some new updated pictures it might take a while till all are there.
In a few hours it should be done though.

I would like to apologize who ever got ticked off by that adly advertisement.
I really hate those and I want to assure you I had nothing to do with those and moreover
the link is changed now to the official blog site, absolutely adfree.

Give me some slack guys I can't possibly keep track of what is done and what not anymore. Easier to say what is left to do.
But currently the major issues we have are basically ASM-related nature. So if I were you and waiting for some update that would bring us closer to releasing I would really watch out for the words ASM and update XD

Gah ASM, one of the few languages im not learning right now.

Oi guys unless Roxas75 somehow comes around again we're screwed this time.

Apparently when we insert a completed block, (which is bigger than the original) it makes the tool crash and messing up the whole file structure.
(Which is kinda a very big issue). Unless we find a solution for that, I have no idea what we can do.

You might ask why only now it is I noticed? Well since there was a time where we had a text limit everything translated was kept in text file but many stuff ended up uninserted yet.
Now I was about to finish the insertion of one file when this happened. Luckily I keep backups because it messed up everything.
We gotta pray Roxas75 will come around and look at this problem. Damn this is kinda very frustrating for me :/

It's been almost two weeks since the last post. Any updates romsstar? I believe Roxas75 is working on the problem but was he able to at least identify what is causing the error (assuming it's not already fixed)?

Sorry to disappoint you but although I was able to contact Roxas75 currently he seems to have no access to his old computer and data and can't do much at all.
The error is pretty clear and it was so before, the fixing is what's gonna be super difficult. So far we avoided this point because we thought we could but it turns out that
we can't. The explanation would be a bit difficult to make. But in general it's an LBA table issue.

The update is much appreciated Romsstar. It's unfortunate that you have to face yet another major wall that you have to somehow climb over (and yes this may take some time) but hopefully when you overcome it, it will be your last major obstacle, as you seem very close to the finish line.
