Out of the Cheat Engine codes themselves? No.
Like Duncan Idaho said, you need someone to convert them to the proper format.
If you know the conversion formula for cwcheats (I do not), then it should be easy to make them.
1 thing I've noticed however... The last couple digits of the 1st cwcheat code are the same as the ones for CE.

Just found out something...
If you convert cwcheat codes into the PSPAR format, you should get a near perfect CE address.
Very interesting...

Found some DWRD cwcheat codes and decided to test this theory out.
I used these codes:

I know of the burden of overowkring. And I am very grateful that this team managed to translate the game, I am a bit of a fan of digimon, I loved Digimon World 2 in all its hair pulling glory and I loved Digimon World 3/2003. I played a bit of DW4 but it wasn't for me and Dawn/Dusk were Ok games, altho Dianamon is awesome.

Frankly put... I'm loving this game/your translation a lot.
(The fact that I took the time to make a cheat table for it is proof enough).

If I remember right... Takato's (Digimon Tamers protagonist) last name is actually "Matsuda":

Odd I am playing on 6.60 PRO-C2 the dub version with no problems. My Iso mode is set to Inferno and I have no problems.
