Actually, the FC doesn't change to their name until they are online at the same time as you also or until you play a game with them. One of those :/

..What exactly are we waiting for? We've all got the game now, we can play and exchange codes since WFC for it is already up. Can't think of anything we'd have to wait for aside from a bunch of random people being online for random matchmaking. Doesn't effect us exchanging FC's and playing :/
