I would like to know if anyone had a project of making DR2 translation on PSP, I know people says "it's useless, it's already on psvita" but I am not willing to pay (and I can not anyway) a new console for a single game.

Get a PSTV for $20. No one's going to take the time and effort to translate a game just because you're not willing to pay for it. Or, if you're so against paying for the amazing game, go watch a Let's Play.
