Hacking Custom GC Channel/Banner Collection for System Menu/Backup Loaders

Hey AbdallahTerro, I don't know if you'd prefer me to post this elsewhere, but I made a bunch of custom banners made for widescreen displays. There are forty-six in all. I used many of the banners from the OP for custom sound. I didn't add any extra logos or information to the banners, but I also uploaded the artwork in high resolution in case anyone would want to use it.

I prefer to keep the original ones because they have the same alternating icon template, also several original banners have custom sounds too

Edit: looks like the suspension was lifted today, so downloading of the banners can be resumed.

Dropbox direct link are no longer working in Wiiflow and USBL-GX (https)
So a new repository is now available for the banners at gxarena.com

So what you need to do:
1. For Wiiflow users:
Download latest wiiflow mods from my sig
in case you still have trouble delete /apps/wiiflow/wiiflow.ini
or go to [general] section in wiiflow ini and delete the CUSTOM_BANNER_URL line
or replace that line with
custom_banner_url=http://nintendont.gxarena.com/banners/{gameid}.bnr
the new banner repository link is:
2. USB Loader GX users
1. Open \apps\usbloader_gx\GXGlobal.cfg and edit theCustomBannersURL (should be the last line) to look like this

CustomBannersURL = http://nintendont.gxarena.com/banners/​

Hopefully the updated URL will be added later to WiiFlow and GX official commits

I updated the ini file in Wiiflow to download banners from this active repository, thanks for that.

I noticed the sound file for Resident Evil on GC isn't the best quality when I select it from the Wiiflow menu. Is there a better quality version with no background noise? It sounds like white noise in the background on the one I downloaded.

if you want to use the loader you have to delete the old banner first
or just replace the file manually

why are you asking for the soundtrack? I usually delete the temporary files once the banner is done.

How do I make custom GC-banners for Backuploaders (for WiiFlow)? I've read the tutorials - but they create .wads, for backuploaders I would need .bnr...
And: How am I able to change the Music in some of these banners?

Customiize mii is all what you need
if you have a wad this tool can "extract" it you'll get a folder with many *.app files, the first one isthe banner, so just rename to ID3.bnr or ID6.bnr
as for the sound customiize mii can change that too by adding a "wav" track as either a A-B track or a loop,
everything is in the tutorials if you want more details
