Hi, I am looking for this specific file I can't unfortunally retrieve from my broken 3ds...
I need it for Citra to be able connect online and download some free DLCs for my games before servers will completely shutdown, I really searched everywhere to getting a working one but nothing so far, hopefully someone here will be kind to help me before servers are gone :(

Ctcert.bin is part of the 3ds firmware so it is then Nintendo copyrighted material. It is against site rules to ask for or provide copyrighted material so you will need to look on other sites for this file.

I really tried looking around, I even asked in homebrew server help to maybe be able retrieve it from all the data I have in my broken 3ds sd card
And I found several posts here on gbatemp where some people shared their own file with someone who needed it

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
