Hacking Couple of Questions~?

Hi,

Just Purchased the Zelda Wii U and updated to 4.0.0, I understand it isn't hacked but the vWii is (all i care about tbh).

So I believe I have all the files following these guides:

The files I have on the SD card are:
root has:app, private(from the tales of sym game), wiiflow, boot.elf(from installer)
/apps has: d2x-cios-installer, FS-Toolbox, wiiflow, WiiMod, xyzzy

Are these all the files I need?
Do I need to keep the SD card in after everything is installed~
What recommendation for HDD do you guys suggest, was looking a WD 1tb+ Playbook ( http://www.ebuyer.com/394434-wd-1tb-my-passport-black-wdbbep0010bbk-eesn )?
What is the structure/format of said drive?
Do I have to boot up HBC to access everything or is there a way to add it to the menu in vWii?
