Windows 10 HP Laptop I booted it up this morning and it was black screen. I was able to find a site that showed me how to repair the boot sector and it made it where it booted again but while it didn't delete everything on my computer it changed the folders it's in so I have no desktop icons, saved applications on the taskbar etc... So I just went ahead and redid all however the problem is every time I boot it does it again it takes awhile to boot and says "Preparing Windows" and gets rid of all the changes I make and I have to start all over each time. How can it make it keep my changes after a reboot?
