I want to connect a Wii remote to Windows 8.1 PC to lay Super Mario Star Road.How I can connect it?

The easiest way is with the wiimote driver but to use that you have to boot with disable driver signature enforcement. Only other way I know of that works outside of Dolphin is GlovePie.

I tried but the Wii remote doesn't show up on the bluetooth devices.
