I thought WarioWare Twisted was released as GBA#1979.

It was released, but hasn't been released in Europe yet for some reason.

Something to do with the mercury being over legal limits in the tilt sensor. Stupid EU law...

3 days later and the initial allotment of the game & watch collection is sold out on club nintendo (along with the white and light blue ds lite pouches).

still no restock on those nice ds card and stylus sets either

but I guess I'm glad I ordered when I did

there's a new law in the EU that says that devices with too much mercury in them may not be sold anymore

anyways ... the law is called: Restriction of Hazardous Substances (short: RoHS), you can download it here -> english PDF file

it states that no electronic devices sold after 2006-06-01 should contain more than 0.1% of the 6 mentioned hazardous substances (i.e. mercury or lead; cadmium as an exception is limited to 0.01%).

I got my WarioWare Twisted in mail yesterday, it's awosome.

He's referring to the mercury inside the game pack. That's really the only way to get poisoned from the mercury inside 'em anyway.
