Also make sure game and save region matches eur game with eur save, usa game with usa save , est .

Job done.

Sorry little fix data folder after 0010C000 is new "data" folder then 00000001 -> , PS is needed.

I googled that GPU and it seems to max out at OpenGL 3.1. You might also want to try updating your driver for it.

The save file is not what fixed Ultimate NES Remix. All I did was change the region from USA to EUR in the Citra configuration screen and now the game works. It will create it's own save file and it works just fine.

Strange , I did not use them settings ^, Try removing you're user folder and restart ?. let us know ?.

I did and crash, try them settings USA and EUR still crash .

Replaced my user folder and worked.

EDIT: Seems some thinks in the Mix.

That's because the user folder that was uploaded contains a copy of the nand dump as well, which is needed to make not only this game, but many others work. I'm not using the file that was upload here. I'm using my own user folder. If I remove my user folder about the only game that will work is Zelda OOT. Try removing the save folder for Ultimate NES Remix on your computer and see what happens.
Remove this folder "00132100" you can find it here in your Citra folder. (\user\sdmc\Nintendo 3DS\00000000000000000000000000000000\00000000000000000000000000000000\title\00040000\00132100)
Don't remove the user folder, just the save file folder. "00132100"

someone shared CITRA HD SPEED HACK EDITION on facebook group, but i got same frame rate if i compare with compiled from citra repository.

It could have bean like seed in the Mix, I downloaded one of the new builds and mix the files that came with them.

As you say I removed "00132100" and yes it still worked , removed again set citra to USA and froze on Fatal error .

One of the fog builds had are other in MEGA had other folders .

One of the build had this, extracted one of the config and replaced it

O well good thing that some think did work out of all of it

Tested, sorry mate just seems bad game for emulation at moment.

to many errors casing black screens and error readings in cmd .

Smash Bros uses CROs which is UNFINISHED! It uses a function NewCRO which currently doesn't work, however can be bypassed with the last commit of CROs being commented out, this will only boot the menu however and not boot in game due to CROs being unable to map properly.
