So I have a 3DS Rom, and I extracted the romfs folder, and every sound file in that folder is formatted to .AAC, and I want to replace them all with BCSTM, and then compile everything into a new Rom with the modded tracks.
Is there a program where I can open the rom and edit the tracks, or convert BCSTMs to AAC? Because last time I tried to do something like that, I compiled the project, and the entire sound track is muted, so I want to know if editing tracks is a separate thing after you made the Rom already.
