All I did was try an unknown search for the first search in Super Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and it locks up on me.
Searching a value of 0 can also cause this same issue.. as there's just too many search results for it to handle.

Searching for 0 is not recommended if that is the first search. It's a waste of time (I think it won't crash, but it is speculation, after your setup is working in general you can try again). It's like searching for human who is breathing before the walking dead took over.

What its with cheats for Metroid Dread 2.00?

i believe it was advised to wait until the boss rush update (i think late march/ early april) before most of the code creators will update the codes for it.
i already listed the step to find invincible here:

so far, with the exception of missiles/powerbombs/Moonjump, near all of the codes are static, so once you take the time to find them, they should stay there.
