CAPCOM "destroyed" Resident Evil Village for PC last Night with unoffical Patch !

Since yesterday,most of the PC playing Resident Evil Village Users can not play their paid Game (STEAM)
CAPCOM (or some completely Idiot) uploaded an Patch yesterday which "destroyed" the Game and make it unplayable.
Also a new Installation will not help at the Moment.

- it deleted the already bought DLC´s
- constantly Error Messages about corrupted and missing Content


CAPCOM remains silent.....

UPDATE:

It seems,it affects Users,who have already pre-orderd the Winters DLC.
It also says "DLC already in the Library" and shows the "Play now" Button next.

If you klick on it,the Game starts with the known Issues.
