Can you downgrade O3DSXL on 10.4 (OOTHAX or otherwise)?

SOLVED: NO. as of 11/2/16

Ive read conflicting reports saying 10.5 is the only one that cant be.. Or is it only 10.3 and below?

there is no conflicting report.
downgrading with *hax through memchunkhax2 died with 10.4.
