Homebrew Can we play CIA games online(without getting banned) if we have custom firmware on 11.5?

Hello! I wanted to know whether we could play games online on CFW 11.5, because I'm considering getting a N2DS XL and modding it with ntrboot. Can you guys help me out? Thanks!

You can play online. Maybe you'll be banned, maybe not.
However unbanning is easy.

You will probably need to update to play online. Just don't cheat or play out of region games online, and you'll be fine (if you get banned it won't be because of the games).

We don't know what causes to be banned. Actually when you play with the wifi on, your console will send the title you are playing to Nintendo. And Not official CIA titles appear as ?????? So that's what is sent to Nintendo.
