Buying in ShopTemp from the Philippines

Anyone from the Philippines who have successfully bought from ShopTemp? I'm tempted to buy an Acekard2i ($16.50 / about Php743) and a 2000mah battery ($4.00 / about Php 180) from them. There's a $3 shipping charge to Metro Manila via Hong Kong Air Mail.

Compared to www.rocksoftonline.com (Philippine-based E-commerce site), an Acekard2i on their site is Php 1,300.

EDIT: While 1800mah batteries sold in malls are about Php300. So there's a big difference in price.

Any Filipinos who had bad experience buying from ShopTemp? Or is skeptical about the quality and price? Is there a more affordable option here in the Philippines?
