Paypal only allows up to 45 days to dispute. Can't just issue a chargeback.

To this day I still have not recieved either my product or my money back so my initial warning still stands NEVER ORDER FROM EBLUAR.

sure you can, its not though paypal but your BANK that you have attached to the paypal.

I bought an EZ Flash from Ebular on Friday, they say they're in stock, but my order is still pending unfortunately... I sent them an email asking for an update, I'll keep you posted. Should I get the cancel the order and try somewhere else?

Cancel your order while you can. Mine went beyond the PayPal dispute time and as soon as it did, Ebluar stopped responding entirely. Up until that point every time I wrote them, they responded in a day or two. Now, nothing.

Aliexpress seems to have a few more in stock now, so you could try ordering from someone on there. Just pay careful attention to who you order from and you should be fine.
