Probably never, the Wii rarely gets DLC in general, and has never gotten it for Call of Duty.

Treyarch released a few patches for the Wii version already, so patching IS possible through Nintendo WFC. Also, I hope you meant PS3 and Xbox 360, because Black Ops isn't on the original Xbox.

The fact is, though, that the Wii hardly ever gets downloadable content in the first place. If you really want to get that map pack, I'd dish out for the Xbox 360 version if possible.

There are patches,But no DLC
The only DLC made was for Animal Crossing

i heard somewhere but i cant remember exactly wherer but they said it will be releashed when all the others systems get it...like when the ps3 gets it...i think i saw it in a video..

There is no DLC for the Wii version of COD:Black ops
And this is CONFIRMED by Nintendo that they wont realese any DLC for a Wii game currently
So basiclly if you want DLC get a

On the Black Ops boards it says the Wii version is getting the map pack the same time PS3 users get it. You guys should get it early March. I'll be enjoying it on Feb. 1st on my 360 though.

I am just shocked that so many are misinformed about the Wii handling DLC. Black Ops has already had at least two Wii updates that I know of(don't play on Wii, might be more). The map pack is for sure coming to the Wii version, as it has already been confirmed by Treyarch/Activision.

@codmaster They have released tons of DLC in the form of songs for the guitar hero games, so I would really like to see where they confirmed they wont do it.

I think they need to fix the new patch they just introduced for multiplayer before venturing into more maps. It is atrocious. It was playable this afternoon. Tonights new patch update- broken framerates, can't vote for previous map, and the intro screen going into the new map stutters twice. The game keeps getting shittier with every update. Don't understand it.
An actually game with proper framerates would be in order. Could give who shits about new maps at this rate. I have given up playing it until it is fixed.

But pay attention to the front of the Wii game case, it does not say: Nintendo Wi-Fi included, that's because Nintendo isn't handling the Wi-Fi. And the Wii has gotten DLC through Nintendo, look at Rock Band, they administered all of the DLC in that. And a third (if I'm wrong, it may be the fourth then) patch just came in on the Wii BO.

Remember the rumble-pack? Sony stole the idea from Nintendo and used it on their console (not precisely sure which, I believe it was PS2) and they copied the idea of Move from the Wii. And here's a fact for you:

Nintendo has been winning the war ever since 2008, and is still winning, Nintendo revolutionized gaming, even though they were not the first ones to start gaming, that credit goes to the makers of Atari. No matter how you look at it, Nintendo inevitably brought us into the new age of gaming through the Wii, and the N64. N64 had amazing games, and just were plain awesome, and considered one of the greatest consoles ever. The Wii was the one who brought us into the age of motion controls, and I will grant Sony they did use the idea of motion to some extent before Move, but this was just a add-on for the PS2 with the camera idea. But Nintendo beat them to cameras long ago. So please do not slander Nintendo for being a company that actually cares about gamers, and does the very best they can to satisfy us, and Nintendo is a brilliant company comprised of pure geniuses, in marketing, and just in general.

+1 here brother, it does suck now.......and as for wii not getting DLC-look at animal crossing,rock band, the Guitar Hero series, boom blox 1+2, and various wiiware titles, including any final fantasy that has come out for the wiiware......nuff said
