Both CatSFC and pocketsnes works at 60 FPS on N3DS

thing is blargsnes has no save states which sucks cause theres games where you have to start from begging if you get game over and its annoying

CatSFC is the best choice....if any game have fps drops....use Poketsnes...in N3DS

in OLD...your only decent option is Blargsnes
