Gaming Best 3ds Eshop games under $8?

So i bought yesterday a $20 Card for my 3ds so i can pay for pokemon bank.
After paying for it i had over $14 left so i bought legend of zelda oracle of season( i own ages and links awakening dx on gbc) so now i have $8.47 left but i don't what other game i should get/that is good?
can anyone recommend me a good game?

Steamworld Dig is good from what I've heard. I also like Edge, although the 3DS port suffers from some framerate issues. It's really cheap and has a bunch of content though.

most of those games are over $8/I have them or I just don't like them.
I think i am getting The Legend of the River King or maybe Harvest Moon gbc(not the greatest HM game but its still good) or maybe i'll wait to see if Pokemon TCG comes out in NA

Im not sure how much they cost, but @ the OP, I would like to second Steamworld Dig as well as Cave Story + as the definitive Cave Story.

p.s. I had no idea Pokemon TCG was on virtual console. If that includes the US then that is kind of rad. Although I'm not sure I would get it seeing as I've already played it back when it was released for GBC.

Sakura Samurai is the only one I can think of that I own that's good and under $7.50. There are a lot of good games close to that range (Inazuma Eleven, especially). Weapon Shop de Omasse, Crimson Shroud, Liberation Maiden, assuming we're only talking about eshop titles and not VC.
As for $8.47, I'd recommend the games I just listed (a shame that IE's currently $9.99, though). Guild02 games are probably good, too, though I only have Attack of the Friday Monsters.

If we are talking about VC, too, that's a completely different topic.
