Seriously? That's it? Doesn't the 3DS have its own DRM which locks card data to a SD card until it's wiped? Or is that negated with CFW

Everything is encrypted so that SD data can only work on that specific 3DS, but you're free to copy and move data between SD cards if you're using the same 3DS regardless.

naw dude no protections (if i am understanding you correctly) gateway stuff and 3ds cfw and official 3ds stuff can be simply copy pasted to a new sd card and simply work as long as you are using them in the same system
