Thanks to @Kabuto_Kun, I applied his easy method for changing resolution methods via the eboot.bin edit, which bumped the resolution from 720x408 to 960x544 without any graphical errors.

Framerate Test at 544p with oclockvita maxed out:
In general the performance is around 10% worse than having the game at the original resolution with oclockvita, but isn't as bad as playing the game at 408p without oclockvita.
408p framerate test with and without oclockvita:
Steps to editing the eboot:
1) Open the game's eboot.bin in a Hex Editor (HxD, PSPad)
2) Search for the hex value "D002000098010000"
3) Replace the value with "C003000020020000"

If you are trying to edit AN ENCRYPTED (Cart/PSN/NoNpDRM) VERSION, you will need to subtract 1000 to the offsets from a Maidump version. (Follow TheRadziu's tutorial under "Eboot modding and/or running 3.65+ games on 3.60 and 3.65". (Remember to add the first 8 bytes from the self_auth.bin to the files after they've been ran through make_fself.exe at offset 80)
