Asking a question in the Ask Section

I was going to ask if there's been anything new since the Mayflash GC adapter allowed one controller to be a Pokken Pad on the Switch, but I couldn't find the 'Ask a question' button after
Home -> Ask! -> Nintendo Switch -> Gaming
Luckily, my question has already been answered:

here are the things that I can confirm:

Wii u mode on wii u:
just for super smash bros 4 (4 players)

wii u mode on switch:
like a pro controller without ZL, home, and (-) (4 players)

PC mode on pc:
works as directx input (4 players)

also pc mode on ps3
works as ps2 controller without L2 and select (4 players) "

But I'd still like to know, how do I ask a question? (And also, having read the question already there, does the Mayflash adapter work on the vWii mode?)

Oh, and also, the person in the question I found also asked if there were any good 3rd-party GC controllers. I realise this should possibly go in the Switch threads section. If so, I'll be happy to re-post.

I've checked again, and the button has appeared, though I do remember having the same problem a few months ago, has anyone else experienced this?

Perhaps there is a minimum message count limit for asking questions. This is usually 10 for things like posting links and images. Maybe thats the cause?
