Hacking Homebrew Arm 11 Error Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies

I need help. recently i bought a new nintendo 2ds LL japanese model. everything has been fine until i decided to play ace attorney: dual destinies. every time i boot the game i receive an arm11 loader error. no other games do this. how can i fix this?

When you load up luma3ds configration menu , does it says boot from CTRNAND?

No, it says booted from SD.
