Hacking Emulation Misc AR Code request for Hyrule Warriors Legends

I want to know if it would be possible to change the amount of enemies rendered at the screen, HWL has a pretty significant change when played on the New 3DS, that is the amount of enemies on the screen, the regular 3ds is something among the lines of 20-30 enemies, while the N3DS easily shows up to 70-80+, and since it's not a new version, but just the same game on a better hardware, I'm wondering if you could change this value freely
