Is there any SNES Universal Adapter that can bypass the 50/60 hz check, games like Super Mario All Stars or Terranigma?
Yes, I see, but is there an adapter that can do it?A SNES flash cartridge can bypass the check somehow, but those usually cost about $80-$100 USD.
Which Action Replay? 1,2 or 3?Action Replay can help to some degree. It has cheat code support to skip the error message, and a region bypass slot on the back.
But games don't change the console's video output between 50hz/60hz. Expect bugs in titles optimized for the other mode.

What are your 3 adapters, and which one works with the Seiken Densetsu 3 game?I'm not sure... I have three adapters for SNES. I live in the PAL region, that is 50hz games, and with those adapters, I can play American and Japanese ones. Some work better than others, only one of them allow me to play Seiken Densetsu 3 for example.
I don't see why it wouldn't work the other way around, maybe it's easier to play 60hz games on a 50hz system, than the other way around. :/
I have:
But these are for playing NTSC games on PAL consoles, and probably not the other way around.

I see! That's good to know! The error screens. More PAL games block 60hz, versus NTSC games blocking 50hz.
Pac-Attack (Cosmo Gang The Puzzle) is an example of this. You can play the US/JP version at 50hz. But the PAL version at 60hz pops up a message.
Sorry if it has been awhile, but do you know if the UA Universal Adapter Expert Version works with PAL Super Mario All Stars, or pretty much any game with the 50/60hz check? The error screens. More PAL games block 60hz, versus NTSC games blocking 50hz.
