Hardware Any alternative to 3DS NFC adapter?

Hey,
As the title says i want to know if it is possible to use the wiiu gamepad as a nfc adapter for 3ds, and if yes how?
And if not, is there any other way i could do that for example with a smartphone that has nfc maybe???
My problem is that i am currently somewhere where i CANT buy the adapters so i thought there might be an alternative...
Any advice is appreciated

You can write from Wii U Gamepad's NFC but only with Nintendo's Official SDK.

No. Because it exists on another platform therefore don't release - Wii U homebrew scene 2017

Title is misleading.

I think the OP has an old 3ds and a Wii U but doesn't want to buy an adapter/new3ds and is wondering whether they can use the gamepad as an adapter for their 3ds, rather than asking if they can spoof amiibo with the Wii U gamepad.
