Hardware Anime on Switch?

Ok I know this might be a weird and possibly difficult request but I know GBAtemp made a YouTube website for the switch via google but I would like to see if we can get kissanime.ru on the switch as well so can someone maybe make a coalition with them to make it possible to watch anime away from home because I use my Wii U normally. Watch Cartoon Online would be nice, too. I can stream Rick and Morty on my Switch.

You can use some sort of media server with a HTML5 player and it should work.
You'll have to download what you want to watch beforehand but it's better than nothing.
