Hacking Acekard 2i 3DS update

Ditto, I updated mine on the bugged release too, which is never a good idea. Once the new update hits, I'm re-updating if possible.

Because Acekard is only saying "There's some bug need to be fixed." without saying what the bug/bugs are. For all we know, there's some sort of bug that causes it to corrupt games when played on 3DS, we don't know.
I'm going on the better-safe-than-sorry side.

Um, it's pretty obvious the "bug" that's going to be fixed is the 4444 carts not updating properly.

i had sent a e mail to acecard team about 3ds games to play on 3ds and they reply saying

Cracking 3DS is the hardest part. Since it's just come out and Nintendo had enforced their protections. I do not know how long will it take but we are working on it.

You know what would be ace? If playing 3DS games on the 3DS doesn't require an entirely new card. If the 3DS mode is cracked, wouldn't it be possible to implement it into the bootloader? Seems unlikely, but theoretically possible.

Game card makers never crack protections. They wait for a public exploit and then they develop their cards. Wait for a 3dsware savegame exploit and tons of 3ds cards will born.

No,the bug is for those Acekard 2i with HWID:44. It will not do anything harm to HWID 81 cards.
So you don't need to install it once again,

So people with HWID:81 don't worry and update them anyway.

I tried to update my 2i
The update said my hwid was 8181
progress stayed at 0% for 5 minutes so I turned my dsi off
the cart is now blank

Don't know how to check.
Newest AKAIO worked on it, so I think it's real.
