I haven't updated since Luma3DS ver. 5.3. I put the new luma3DS ver. 5.5 on my 3DS and despite having all the required files my 3DS does not boot. The 3DS turns on for a second then immediately turns off. Sometimes when turning on is doesn't turn off but will remain on a black screen. HELP

This also occasionally occurs when trying to boot decrypt9 before boot.(Attached Image)

I'm unable to launch any payloads and cant even access the 3ds Safe Mode to restore.

it is on root and have already tried deleting the configuration file, no luck. If i attempt to chainload Decrypt9, every 3 tries or so i can get the Decrypt9 logo on the bottom screen and then that distortion image on the top that i attached.

That looks like catastrophic hardware failure to me, but I wouldn't know.
No advice other than to try getting it hardmodded and flashing a pre-a9lh backup.

But it's probable it's a hardware problem.
