Hacking 3dslink playable games?

Sorry, just a bit confused, so i guess clones are missing out on some games now, can you list the games that can't be played with the 3.3b firmware on the clones?

Any game based on 6.0+ 3DS firmware doesn't work right now (Correct my terminology), unless you revert back to the very buggy 3.0 release. (it doesn't contain a brick code)
