Recently I've found that my 3DS will not turn on. When I press the power button, all that happens is that the blue light comes on and turns off. Since I can't even boot into luma or godmode9 by holding start or select on boot, I assume this is a hardware issue. (And yes, I did make sure it was charged before I turned it on.) There's some white dust on the battery- is this indicative of battery failure? Now that I think of it, the battery life on my system has felt unusually short lately. Where should I get a replacement battery?
