EDIT: I fixed my issue - Make sure that it's on 3.4

Hi, can anyone, or people suggest me a flashcard for 3DS which has relatively cheap but not too expensive to play NDS games? My current one I have (haven't bought one for a LONG time) is

- for A9LH Luma 11.2 sysNAND. Thanks people!~ I saw the DSTT, id prefer to ideally play games like Pokemon BW/BW2 without the significant lag :v which ive faced with this, thanks!

I just bought myself a new 3ds xl and a sky3ds+ with a 64gb sd-card.
At the moment im sitting at firmware 9.
Is it worth staying on this fw? Any benefits or should I just update.

Im familiar with modding in general, just abit rusty and dunno much about 3ds.

Ive read some guides but theres so many models/fw so iim asking.

If I understand correctly the best way would be updating to 11.2, install ninjhax with cubic ninja and then update all the games on the system?

Do I got everything right? Anyone got some tips how I can usulize it as much so I can without breaking it.

Im grateful for all the help or input I can get. Thanks in advance!

Yes it is! Just use the R4i Gold RTS forwarder pack from Robz8's Forwarder CIA tutorial.

So my friend had got banned from playing Pokemon Moon online early, and Nintendo marks a file on the system for that?
Anyways, I just plan to dump my version of the file and have us both use it, since I didn't get banned. Can someone point me in a direction of a guide for this?

ARM9 is a processor core utilized by the 3DS. It's used for playing DS games. Outside of playing DS games, it acts as the main security core for the 3DS.

I'm going to assume that you more specifically want to know about ARM9LoaderHax (A9LH). A9LH is an exploit in the ARM9 core that essentially allows you to load CFW on boot. A9LH is not a custom firmware, it is a means of loading CFW. In terms of exploits though, it is the fastest and most stable way of loading CFW currently.

ShadowNAND is one of the CFWs available for the 3DS. It supports booting CFW without an SD card. The recommended CFW for beginners is Luma3DS though.

If you want to set up CFW and A9LH, follow this guide.

Sorry for this, but quick question if it has already been solved. I've been trying to install luma via the guide on 3ds.guide. However, I'm stuck at the stage of running the Decrypt9WIP.dat (which does nothing) and Launcher.dat (which sets the bottom screen into fritz and freezes the entire 3ds). An image of this is here: https://imgur.com/a/JguGo . My 3ds is version 4.0.0.7e. I have no clue as to what I'm doing wrong, I've cleared all save data multiple times as well as deleted all cookies/history. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

No, the new method will be software only. It will be the same as the current DSiWare downgrade guide only without the system transfer, and a different way to get the hacked save into the console.

I was able to track down one of the new 3ds xl with a firmware of 9.2 if I read correctly I can load CFW

Im just checking im correct, Ive read the instructions throughouhly and has experience modding consoles before. As I said earlier Im sitting at new 3ds xl 9.6.

The ideal way if I got everything right is to: First install the (Homebrewlauncher (No browser) ) Any differences with or without? there is no indication. 2. Then ill downgrade to 9.2fw 3. Decrypt9 4. 2.1.0 .5 install arm9 and Luma.

Im just checking with you guys since theres many steps and that I got everything right.
